The domain name must be directly associated with your name like ambikasunuwar.com.np for Ambika Sunuwar if it is for personal use and must be based on the company/organization name or brand name if it is for your business use. Otherwise, your rejection notification will be in your inbox.

Here is my easy to follow step by step guide for registering the free .np domain.
Step 1: Go to Nepal’s official .np Domain Registration website.
Step 2: Check the availability of your domain which is your name or business name with your suitable extensions – .com.np, .net.np, etc. Choosing your extensions depends upon the nature of your use and business.
.com.np is the best for personal use. .coffee.np is perfect if you are running the coffee business and make a presence online about your coffee business. There is a lot list to select that suits your business.
Please read the terms and conditions for fair use and registration of your domain name.
Click on the Search button after entering your domain name and choosing your suitable extension.
Step 3: Congratulations! The message page will load if your chosen domain is available.
I am really sorry if your chosen domain is not available. But still, you can try with alternate extensions if your purpose or business requirement suits the best.
Click on Register now to step ahead.
Step 4: Login using your email and password if you have already registered otherwise click on Create user.

Step 8: Fill all the details on the Domain request form; Name server, Administrative Contact, and Technical contact.
The name server is the specialized server or address on the internet which directs your domain name’s various services to the host name server.
The name server is different for every hosting company.
Enter ns3.babal.host as a ‘Primary name server’ and ns4.babal.host as a ‘Secondary name server’ if you are hosting from the Babal Host, wherefrom I am hosting my blog. Otherwise, it will be different for other hosting companies.
